Tole Builds is a Waiuku-based building business run solely by me — Atoni Toleafoa. I’m a qualified builder with a strong work ethic, hands-on experience, and a genuine passion for building things the right way.

My path into building wasn’t the usual one. I started out in the military, then moved into mining and emergency response. Later, I ran my own business as a personal trainer and adventure facilitator at Castaways, leading team-building events and corporate conferences. Those years taught me a lot about resilience, leadership, and working under pressure — skills I now bring to every building site.

Since 2021, I’ve been fully focused on residential construction, working across new builds, renovations, decks, fences, sheds, and finishing work. As a sole trader, I’m the one quoting the job, swinging the hammer, and making sure it’s done right — no middlemen, no miscommunication.
